  • • IF your transmission has been serviced, it MAY REQUIRE A DIFFERENT BASE. If you install the wrong one it will not work properly and could cause damage. To confirm height, remove shifter base and measure transmission as shown in last pic

    • Available in two knob heights:

      • ~stock; stick #8009 on 3 fulcrum
        • compare to discontinued Hurst #3910113
          • 16 from base flange to top of knob; 30% throw reduction
          • • • ~2 lower; stick #8550 on 2.5 fulcrum
                • 14 from base flange to top of knob; 30% throw reduction
                • • IF YOU HAVE A 2 + BODY LIFT: a taller stub or extension bracket may be needed

                  • Kit includes chrome stick, classic knob, base assembly w lower pivot cup, mounting hardware, dust cover boot, installation instructions, and a boot grommet to adapt stock console boot; no aftermarket boot necessary or recommended however a SuperBoot is optional (sold separately). The base is built by Core Shifters using proven components inside a custom housing:

                    • Hardened steel cross-pin & stainless steel fulcrum pivot ring
                    • Self-centering cross-gate bias springs with heat treated spring seats
                    • Glass-reinforced polyamide fulcrum socket with steel wear clips
